Everyone on Tumblr seems so split down the middle - you’re either thinspo or you’re fitspo. Well, I’m here to tell you that you can be anything you wish and accomplish it your own way on at your own pace. You can be dainty and tiny and still be healthy. If you don’t want muscle definition, then don’t do so much weights and add more cardio. Don’t eat so many heavy proteins and oils and add more iron and calcium to your daily intake. It’s simple, really. You do not have to choose sides. You can look “delicate and fragile” and still treat your body right. And in the long run, your efforts will still be there and you will also have healthy skin, nails, and hair along the way. So please ladies and gentleman, keep in mind that no matter what your goal weight looks like, we can all still treat our bodies like temples - not punching bags. No more fighting, no more arguing - just progress.
